Philip Simensen held many senior level positions within ING, American Express Financial Services and Acuma, UK; leading organizations in areas of Leadership/ Business Development, Sales Training and Practice Management to create significant change and optimal performance.
In 2001, Philip began his tenure with ING Advisors Network as Senior Vice President of Field Operations, and was responsible for leading field development and implementation programs for their four firms’ of financial professionals. In 1996, he joined Financial Network as Regional Sales Manager. The region became number one in the Financial Institution Division out of 37; Won the Chairman’s Award for largest percentage increase in GDC per advisor and production grew over 400% in 2.5 years.
While in the UK for 5 years, Philip was responsible for leading many of the sales distribution channels key roles from leading a sales division; Regional Vice President of 8 Divisions’; heading up the Leadership Management Development program and initial Orientation and Financial Planning Workshops.
Philip began his financial services career in 1982 with American Express Financial Services as a Registered Representative. He spent 16 years with them, holding several key positions.
